SKETCHING HISTORY
Weekly remote class for ages 6-12
Tuesdays at 4pm-5pm or 5pm-6pm EST

Semester: 10 Sessions, October 8th to December 10th.

READ HISTORY - Students will engage in DRAMATIC read alouds about incredible historical innovations, places, and historical figures. Our instructors use fun voices and costumes to make each moment leap off the page.
WRITE HISTORY - Students will empower themselves to write thoughtfully about history and editorialize their experience.
CREATE HISTORY - Students will create imaginative recreations of iconic moments in history to share with their families and friends.
We will build skills in:
-Phonics
-Core Historical Knowledge
-Self-confidence, public speaking, and diction
-Sentence Structure
-Developing Main ideas
-Spelling and Handwriting
-Drawing
-Color Theory
-Perspective
Each week, we will expand our worldview with exciting topics, which will include:
-The Statue of Liberty
-The Roman Coliseum
-Crossing Seas: The History of Boats
-History of the Automobile
-The History of Pizza
-And much more!
